I was unsure whether the site was running or not, i saw that the info box at the top seemed to say it wasn't but it loooks like people are playing already and was just wondering what exactly was going on.

Yes my karma is in the negatives, wonder why? probably because i smited myself too many times for the stupid thing to go any lower,.....

The only reason it says that the RP is not running yet, is due to the fact that we have yet to aquire the two last villages. Those being the evil ones. This creates a problem that can only be solved with the addition of two new Kage.

In basic terms: There are no villains yet.

Hmm... thats a dillema right there

I'd offer to help solve it, but I'm not sure I know enough around here to fill in half that gap though if you would like I could give it a shot.

lol, I can be evil - on one forum my entire job was to make life difficult for everyone else

I meant that I don't know much about Naruto in general - though if you are still willing to teach, I will learn what I can and do my best

Well, to get more on topic, Is there a set time that if there aren't two evil villages that the site will move ahead into being full-fledged open?

Well, that is a good question. To be honest, I don't know. Lately I've been kept out of the loop of current events in this forum. Jukan and Kita tell me next to nothing anymore...

well...one slot is pending...and one slot the other person who was pending decided she couldn't rp as evil....so ill talk it over and ill PM you the Kage test when he gives the ok...which i know he will (my recommendation as 2nd in command >.>)
